Minimum Age

The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, play, or withdraw on a8777. By creating an Account you confirm you meet this requirement. a8777 may request documentary proof of age at any time. If a8777 determines that a Player was under the minimum age at the time of any transaction, the Account will be closed, deposits returned, and any winnings voided.

Geographic Scope

a8777 is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. a8777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from another jurisdiction is entirely at your own risk.

Prohibited Persons

The following persons may not hold an Account: (a) any person currently self-excluded from a8777 or any other gaming platform; (b) any person receiving treatment for a gambling-related disorder; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of a8777 or its affiliated entities; (d) any person whose previous Account was closed by a8777 for breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

To open an Account you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during registration. You agree to keep your Account information up to date at all times. a8777 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information you provide at registration or at any later time.

Credential Confidentiality

You must not share your username, password, or any security information with any third party. a8777 will never ask for your password. Notify a8777 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation. a8777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

KYC Verification

a8777 may at any time request KYC verification by asking you to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing may be suspended until verification is complete. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account restriction or closure, with funds returned via the original deposit method where possible.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Wallet once confirmed by the payment provider. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You must only deposit from payment accounts you own and are authorised to use. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the Account suspended.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to completed KYC and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. a8777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. a8777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where fraud prevention or KYC obligations require it. Once approved and entered into processing, withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled.

Dormant Accounts

An Account inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager) may be designated dormant. a8777 may apply a monthly administrative fee as published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. Balances will not be reduced below zero. A dormant Account may be reactivated at any time by contacting support.

Bonus Eligibility

Promotional offers, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. a8777 may withdraw any promotional offer before it has been claimed. Players found creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will have all accounts closed and all funds forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money funds in your Wallet are used for wagers before Bonus Funds unless you choose otherwise. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements within the promotion's validity period will be automatically removed from your Account.

Bonus Abuse

a8777 monitors for bonus abuse including placing low-risk combination bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, using bonus funds to bet on near-certain outcomes, and coordinating with other players to guarantee results. Where bonus abuse is found, a8777 may void winnings from the abuse, remove Bonus Funds, and close the Account. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with a8777.

Responsible Gaming Tools

a8777 is committed to responsible gaming. Players may request the following tools at any time via account settings or support, at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly); session time reminders; temporary time-out periods; and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Self-excluded players must not attempt to open new accounts on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not: (a) use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with games or the Platform; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with Platform software; (c) use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any criminal purpose; (d) engage in collusion, match-fixing, or cheating of any kind; (e) harass, threaten, or abuse other players or a8777 staff; (f) misrepresent your identity or provide false information to a8777. Violation of any prohibition will result in immediate Account suspension and potential referral to relevant authorities.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, all affected bets will be void and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet. a8777 is not liable for losses caused by technical faults outside its reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously large payout, a8777 reserves the right to void that payout and return the original stake. The Platform's server records are the definitive record of all game transactions.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content — including software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and interface design — is the property of a8777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from a8777.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a8777 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. a8777's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

a8777 may modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, a8777 will provide at least 7 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect by displaying a notice on the Platform or contacting you via the mobile number or email registered to your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must close your Account before they take effect.
